Deposits/ Cancellations

• All orders of $0-$100 must be paid in full to confirm order.  Once order is placed, monies are non-refundable.

• All orders of $101-$200 requires a $100 non-refundable deposit that goes towards the total cost of the order.  The balance will be due 1 day before pick up/delivery.

• All orders of $200 or more require a 50% non-refundable deposit that goes towards the total cost of the order.  The balance will be due 2 days before pick up/delivery.

• Custom Cakes require at least a 2 week notice.  If there is availability, there will be a $25 rush fee for orders outside of this timeframe.

• Non- Custom Cakes require at least a 1 week notice.  If there is availability, there will be a $10 rush fee for orders outside of this timeframe.

• Custom Cupcakes require at least a 2 week notice.  If there is availability, there will be a $25 rush fee for orders outside of this timeframe.

• Cupcakes, Cake Cups, and Treats (non-custom) require at least a 3 day notice.  If there is availability, there will be a $10 rush fee for orders outside of this timeframe.

• All orders are to be picked up on the date and time as confirmed when the order was placed.  Due to the processing and delivery of other orders and general obligations, late arrival can result in order not being immediately available and rescheduling of pick up at a later time and/or date with no refund.

• Orders must be at least $50 to be eligible for delivery. 

• There is a $15 delivery fee for local orders within 5 miles of zip code 33056.

• There is a $25 delivery fee for orders exceeding 5 miles of zip code 33056 up to 30 miles. Please inquire directly with us if delivery location exceeds this mileage.

When order is picked up or delivered, client is to check order immediately in the presence of Von Treats to ensure order was properly executed.  Once order is picked up or delivered, Von Treats is not liable for any damages or imperfections of order thereafter.
